Pillows
Similar to a mattress, a pillow which is either old or of poor quality can cause discomfort while trying to fall asleep. Pillows should be replaced every few months, due to the way that they pick up dead skin and dust mites rapidly. Ultimately, a good quality, new pillow can create comfort for your head as you try to sleep. Overheating of a pillow can cause discomfort and sleeplessness due to the fact that if our heads overheat, it is extremely difficult for our brains to shut off and enter sleep.

Other than the Chillow, we would recommend memory foam pillows. As seen in the mattress section, memory foam releases pressure points on the body and in the case of the pillow, will ease the neck and create a comfortable night's sleep.
