The Chillow (or Chillo) is a memory foam mat which can be inserted into an ordinary pillow case with the purpose of cooling the pillow and helping the user experience a far more comfortable night's sleep.
Up to 75% of our body heat can be lost through our heads. This can result in discomfort at night as our body tries to lose heat and cool itself. We found the Chillow to be exactly what it claimed to be, in that it aided sleep and created a far more comfortable sleep. It couldn't be easier to use and reap the benefits from. After just minutes of inserting the Chillow into our ordinary pillow and pillowcase, there was a distinct decrease in the temperature of the pillow, even with it being heated constantly by bodyheat. However, whilst the Chillow made the pillow cool, the coolness was moderate and pleasant and highly likely to produce a relaxing night free from overheating discomfort.
